@adedeji, could you also let us know the data collection tool you wish to use for this? Seems like it would be Enketo aka web forms`.
Yes, i will be using the kobo collect mobile app, which will be installed on each enumerator device
@adedeji, KoboToolbox does not have a system to control the submissions sent from an enumerator’s device (KoboCollect android app). However, this could be somewhat controlled by Enketo if you choose Online-only (once per respondent) as outlined in this support article Collecting Data through Web Forms.
