What I want is to have a constraint ${C2_age_month<60 in the note question type, meaning that if the age of the child is more than 60 months, they should not be able to move to the next question. The problem I encountered is that people still be able to move to the next question. I wonder if the code I put there is incorrect?

I believe it is because you added it to a note question, which may not evaluate it correctly. If you can share the XLS of the form, we can review it better.
