alors, j’aimerais créer une question où la réponse aura à la fois des chiffres et des lettres. Par exemple: si la réponse est 10 mois. J’aimerais savoir si vous pouvez m’aider s’il vous plait?

Welcome to the community, @agroof! In this case, you could use the text question type that accepts both numbers and letters. However, if you should have any specific patterns needed in your response (which you capture), you could use the regex expressions.
