If someone is selecting Jan, feb, march (Example) in lowest operating cost, he/she shouldn’t be able to select same months in high operating cost.
note:-month should be visable in next option but user can not access .

thanks for helping … but my question is …
As per your example the option should be visible in Q2 (user can see the option but he cannot select the option which he selected in Q1)
