We have noticed than when uploading images through Kobo Collect, the image quality is significantly decreased. When taking the same picture via the camera in the same conditions the quality is much better. Is there a way to increase the image quality via Kobo collect?

Welcome back to the community, @shannonmc! You could control the image quality settings through 2 places:
1. At the server (question) level: You could do this as outlined in the support article “Photo”, “Audio”, “Video” and “File” question types:
2. At the Collect android app: You could do this through Settings>Form management>Image size.
