Kindly requesting some support to understand what is the cause and solution for this error.
Survey sheet is closed at row 156 and a snap is attached from my choices sheet where 256 is active but the options are representing likert scale.

Might it be possible, that in one of your Excel sheets there is a column greater than 256 (position)?
You might create a copy of the form (or sheet per sheet) by copying the valid columns there and see if this solves the error.

Tried creating a new workbook and duplicated my relevant contents and import worked very well as suggested.
