Importing KoBoToolbox Data to Google Spreadsheets

Hello KoBoToolbox Community,

I would like to import data collected by KoBoToolbox to Google sheets. So far I have followed this approach, Import KoboToolBox API Data into Google Sheets [2021] | API Connector and the only thing I imported is more like metadata, and not the intended data that I need for analysis! See attachment.

Please let me know how you succeeded to import data from KoBoToolbox to Google sheets.

Here is the tutorial from Ana Kravitz who runs the API CONNECTOR addon for Google Sheets [Pull API data into Google Sheets with API Connector [2020]] To get the API URL path of your data on kobotoolbox. go to https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data?format=json and find the url path for your project in the webpage displayed. Hope this helps.

I followed the procedure and did not get the real data, as described previously. Sorry, I should have mentioned that I’m using https://kf.kobotoolbox.org and https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info

It is not clear how to find an API that will pull the submitted data. Any further idea?

Dear Admin
I created a KOBO form in https://kobo.unhcr.org/
In order to export to google sheet, I use the KPI you have mentioned.
In kpi-url, there is no list for https://kobo.unhcr.org/
Please advice.
