In my web form i can see dash (-) after every questions and options

please guide me, how can I delete this dash (-) after every question and answer?

Probably, you have multi-language form, but hint texts only in the non-english form… The - indicates an empty hint.
It’s a system automatic behaviour. You can only change this by providing hint texts in all used languages. You may just create it with = copy formula in the Excel fields, referencing the other language…
