Hello Amazing Kobotoolbox team!

In the Dashboard / Summary screen of a project - the landing screen when we open a project - can you please add a ‘Storage Used’ field for that project in either the project information card or the Submissions card. This will save us a few clicks and also better utilize the white space/real estate in the current cards.

thank you !

@dwiji, thank you for your suggestion! Could you kindly share a screenshot of your proposed idea so that we can present it to our team for review?

Hi Kal,
Attached are screenshots of the project summary screen/dashboard on Kobotoolbox with potential locations for the storage used by this project.

  1. Next to Last Deployed, add Storage Used … kind of out of place, but on the dashboard prominently enough that anyone with access to the project can see how much storage is taken up by the data from this project.

  1. Below Team Members, have a new tile for Storage Used. Need to scroll down, but kind of fits into the design

  1. It would be awesome if instead of either of the above, we can have the storage used be shown in the Submissions section as a function of the submission date, i.e. add Show selected period as a title and have the Number Count and Storage used, and similarly in the next tile, Total as a title and Number Count and Storage used giving the details for the full project.

Hope this clarifies the request. Looking forward to see this in an upcoming release ! :crossed_fingers:

Apologies for the long silence !
