Inability to to access my projects on my android devices

Dear experts. I have some projects I am working on. Suddenly, I received a call from data collectors that they couldn’t download the new forms, nor could they access the existing forms. I reset my password and redeployed the forms but to no avail. In one of the projects, I could only see a server error (500) message.
Please I need help.

The displayed page. Meanwhile, I have other projects that I am working on, but they are not displaying except this one that is newly added. Thank you

@Ahungwa, could you kindly share a screenshot from your account to let us know which projects do not get to your app? Please also share a screenshot of your Settings>Server from your app so we can understand how the app is configured.

Password


Don’t use the following URL like you have used https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/ahungwagt. You should be able to learn more about the configuration settings as outlined in our support article shared here:
