I must be missing something in the form development process, but how can I include a description or instructions underneath the form title so that it appears when I preview it? I only see the description box under the details section but it isn’t visible to the recipient.

If you wish to have a form like this, you will need to design your xlsform as outlined below:
In the survey tab of your xlsform:

Thank you! But is there a way to include descriptions or instructions underneath the title, before any of the questions are posed? I’m looking to include an overall description of the survey I am drafting.
