Incomplete data in the report and in the Excel file

Welcome to the community, @ElePan! If the second section was from a repeat group the data will be stored in a different sheet as outlined in our previous post:

Data from repeat group not seen when downloading raw data

@ukenfack, i was able to see the repeat groups in a different tab as highlighted in the image below: [Image 1] So please be informed that your repeat group data is there in the dataset and is not missing.
