Incomplete PDF printing

Hi,

I have a submitted form in KoBo and when I preview the data table, I can only see the vertical half of the form. This is the same when I print it as well. This problem persists only for the case of this form as other data forms were printed successfully. Please help.

Hi @joelrhine,

Would you mind trying out as outlined below:

Try it again by clearing the cache of your browser.
Have you checked this out in some modern browsers viz. Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.

Hi @Kal_Lam,

Thanks for your response. I deleted the cache data and checked it in Safari and Chrome. There is no change.

Hi Joel,
It seems this issue is only affecting how the pictures sit? What is the size of the picture that was taken?
