I have been having a hard time correcting the submission time on data records. I have tried every possible setting on the devices, with no luck, so I am assuming that it is set by the server (which we obviously have no control over). If this is not the case, can anyone point me in the right direction? Otherwise, should I just add start/end time to the metadata?
