I just created an XLS form to upload in kobo and an indexerro poped up. Please assist
What format file are you uploading? You need to upload MS Excel format files with ‘.xlsx’ extension.

@mazivej, you can also always validate your XLSForm through this online validtor to see if there are any syntax issues that are affecting the deployment.
