Install on server problem

I want to install KoboToolbox on my server with these following specification:

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Disk: 44 GB
  • Installed nginx reverse proxy.

I can not configure the KoboToolbox, it always stops in “Waiting for environment to be ready…”. Can anybody help me?

I have set the etc/hosts
{IP_ADDRESS} kf.hostname ee.hostname kc.hostname
