Installation in local laptop fails to view KC

I have installed fresh from kobo install and kobo docker.
I cant acess KC (http://kc.kobo.local/super_admin) it redirects to kpi login page.
I havent changed any default environment files.

Kindly try the installation afresh using the most recent available resources and confirm if this problem persists.
