Is it possible for anyone to only view & download the data submitted without login?

Hello, I remember that it is possible before (last year if i’m not wrong). One can view and download data from a page which contains summary and provided xlsx, map & media data to download without logging in. if i’m not wrong there should be an option in Settings that allows us to share that link. But now i can’t find it anymore. is it removed?

Is there any change in data sharing protocol? I was wondering, one of my recent project data could not sharing through the public link. but previously I could. and make access to the data, who don’t have the KoBo account.
