Is it possible to Edit and Update the the existing form through xls form upload

Dear all,

I am collecting data that include cascading data such as country, township, and village. Now I want to insert some new village names in the form. I have added the new village names in the xls form. and I would like to update the existing form with the updated xls form. or is there any other ways to update the choice filter list in the existing form.

Uploading the new XLSForm to replace the old one is the best way to go indeed.
