I seem to have problems when deploying forms. I have several media files attached to the forms. A certain media file (a lookup-table csv) is in most cases downloaded correctly to ODK-collect, but in a number of cases it is not downloaded together with the other media-files.
All the lines in my xls-forms concerning the link with that csv are in every form identical.
So I wonder if it has anything to do with a limitation in how much times one is allowed to upload new versions of attached media files and deploy the forms over again?
Welcome back to the community, @BartRoelandt! Could you kindly share with us a screenshot of your issue so that we could have a closer look at it? If possible, maybe share your CSV file with us so that we could check out to see if your CSV file is within the format supported by the system.
