Is there a limit as to how many times we can redeploy a survey? I’m aware of another change that needs to be made to our existing survey and want to ensure that redeploying it again will not cause any losses.

I think there is no relevant limit. But there are a lot of risks with form changes during data collection. See discussions in this forum. Esp. if you change structures of a form, variable or choice names, constraints etc. you may get problems later on data download and editing submissions.
Better try to avoid such changes by systematic pre-testing of forms.
