Is there any option to create Auto generate answers in the form. for example can we create a question which can auto generate serial numbers for the forms as per filling order.

You mean you have a survey project say Project A and you wish to automatically provide a serial number for the submissions provided in this survey project?

This is not possible but if you look at your dataset you should be able to see _id which is a unique id created by the system. Maybe you could use the same to create your serial number later while during the data cleaning phase.
