Same issue happened with me. Now I am unable to open the drafts and could not submit. When I update the browser, would I lose the forms that I have in the current browser? Is there any way to retrieve those forms? @Kal_Lam

Yes, updating your browser when you are stuck here is not a good idea. You could upload your data that has been stuck in the browser by following this support article Manually Uploading Submissions.
