Issue "This record or the ID already exist. Please change it", saving data via KoboCollect

Hi all, my enumerator cannot download the answers via phone using KoboCollect on the phone. Wondering how it can be fixed, and why this issue occurs?

Hi @Ievgen and welcome to the community!

This problem usually getting solved by clearing the cache of your browser. Can you try that?
