Issue with Data Download

Hi Support Team,

When I check the submission time on the Kobo server (web), it differs from the time when I download it in Excel. The actual data on the server is correct, but when I extract the data to Excel, the time differs by about 8 hours. The server web data shows (03/01/2025 16:49), but the extracted data shows (03/01/2025 08:49:42). Please help with this issue. Thank you.

@monitorsulawesi, what was the local time when you downloaded your data?

This is the data I just tested: Data submission server 15/01/2025 11:48:08 and the downloaded data in Excel 15/01/2025 03:48:08. Download time 15/01/2025 11:49 (GMT +8)
