We are currently experiencing an issue on Kobo Toolbox when attempting to download audio recordings after exporting the dataset to Excel. Despite being logged into the browser, we encounter a “500 error” when trying to access the audio files.
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference, need advise on how we can resolve the issue.
Welcome to the community, @Mahrukh! So did you mean you are trying to download media attachments from Excel after linking your dataset to Excel? Correct me if I understood differently.

This breaks the bulk downloads.
Remains one question: if the Download Media as ZIP fails (it does frequently) and the bulk download is blocked… well how do we get OUR files?
