Issues in pull data files

After the recent update of KoboToolbox, I am consistently getting an error in the pull data feature. I have two forms of two different projects both of which have a different CSV file in their media. After every few days, the survey doesn’t show the pulled information after entering the unique id. I then have to remove the CSV file from the media, upload it again and redeploy the survey.

Please take a look into what is causing this issue.
