I´m trying to log out from my mobile device because i´m doing a tutorial of how to use KoboCollect from zero. I´ve tried to change the account´s password from KoboToolbox but nothing has changed. I would really appreciate your help.

Kindly please be informed that changing your account password is only possible through the web form and you should not be able to change the password from the Collect Android App. The Collect Android App only allows you to secure your app’s configuration through an admin password which is different from the account’s password. If you intend to remove the app’s password then you should leave the password blank and then save the settings. If that too is confusing, the best and easiest option would be is to delete the app and then install a fresh one from the play store.
