i am having similar problems neither csv legacy nor xls legacy are working for me
@tsega101, could you kindly share with us a screenshot (of the error message) so that we could troubleshoot your issue.
So have you now tried clicking the download icon now (as shown in the image shared below):
yes i already tried to download it in csv and xls form and it still doesn’t work
