Issues with Downloading XLS Form and Editing Question Types on KoBo

Hello everyone,
I would like help downloading a form in xls format on kobo.
I have used two browsers after clearing the cache and trying again, but nothing happens when I click on the link to download.
Or if that’s not possible, I’d just like to change a single-choice question to multiple choice directly on KOBO.
