Issues with opening of downloaded data

I’m having issues with opening the downloaded data from my survey form. The downloaded data is in this format (XLS and XML values and headers). I will appreciate your help, please. I’ve attached some screenshots for your review.

As a follow-up, the error message from the pop-up message in MS Excel says: Sorry, we couldn’t find (filename). Is it possible it was renamed, moved, or deleted?

Note sure, but what move the file? can you confirm the files are in the particular download directory?

The file was properly downloaded in the download folder, but attempting to open it generates the error message as attached.
