Hey there ! 
When you upload a form, if there is a mistake an error message appears. The message dissapears few secondsd after.
It could be interesting to keep the upload window open instead of killing it and going back to the project page - the user is likely to make corrections & try again soon.
Maybe, the box could be close by the user himself.
