Keyboard not displaying when signing in to KoboCollect

I’ve been helping my colleague get set up on KoboCollect, but on the page where he needs to enter the url, username and password, the keyboard won’t pop up so he can’t fill the details. He has tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas for solutions?

@childrenontheedge, I think this is an issue on the device side. Could you kindly share with us a screenshot of your issue? Curious to know if you are able to type something in any of the apps that the device has.
