Thank you for advised that, I faced the same blank form after enumerator filled the forms, because in kobo appeared only date and time and for another data is gone blank
Welcome to the community, @yermoua! Maybe you will need to check your form to see if it also has a repeat group. FYR, please be informed that repeat group data is neither displayed ono the table view nor stored on the main sheet when you download your data in XLS format. It is stored in a different sheet.
