I have been using KoBo to collect data using smartphones.
However, we have been faced with a situation in which client has demanded that we use tablets.
We have some Samsung and Lenovo tablets.
We have been faced with a situation in that we are not able to find the buttons that will take us back when navigating through different pages. For example, when I visit the URL, username and password page, there is no button to enable me get to the home page.
Has anyone experienced this? And how was it resolved?
