We’ve been trying to download exports from the project space since friday but not successful, it just says processing see screenshot below my account (munyasia_samora), server url: (https://kc-surveys.oneacrefund.org).
@munyasia_samora, it seems like you are on a self-hosted server. Maybe you will need to reach out to your admin to troubleshoot this issue as we don’t have access to your server.
