KOBO data link to excel data with label

Dear family,
some problem, when i connect excel using (API/V1), my data showing (ali_akbarpara_) but i need (Ali Akbarpara CC) like this data, what can i do, if any one help me.

Colum Header - Health Facility Name* group_db4bl15/Health_Facility_Name
data Ali Akbarpara CC ali_akbarpara_
