If we wanted to design our forms in XLS, we would not use Kobo. We would just do all this directly in ODK. So this is actually a key requirement. We’re in the process of training others to use Kobo and they do not want or need to understand ODK as a whole in terms of creating forms separately. They’re interested in the simplicity of creating the form through Kobo.
