Kobo form not opening correctly

I am trying to create a new form but when I try to open the form I am requested to sign in error recurring.

If you are the one who created this form, then please navigate to the “FORM” tab, and at the bottom, in the “Collect data” section, ensure that the “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password” setting is turned on.

Ok thanks for that. In this case, you will need to go to your account settings and look for the setting which prevents submissions without users logging in.
