I have a problem. I am using two languages, english and arabic for my survey on Kobo. However, when i upload the XLS form, the options of all the questions do not appear. Why is this happening?

Refresh the page and you should be able to attach your xlsform.

You should use label:: … (2 ::).
And better use English (en) and Arabic (ar), with international code.
