Thank you for the feedback, however other users connected on the same internet connection, using similar devices are not facing this issues. We tried to change internet cnx for these 2 users and the issue remained
@NajahM, do these two devices have internet connectivity issues? Are the other devices collecting data for the same project that have no submission issue or are they collecting data for some other projects? Is the project still there (active) on the server?
Hello, I have the same issue. One out of three is facing the same issue. there is no connectivity issue, and others are collecting data for the same project at the same time.
