Kobo survey not getting download on kobo collect

Hello Team

we are using high end server but still our kobo surveys not getting download on kobo collect immediately like other surveys which we are using already

when we check the same survey on your server it was very fast with in 1/2 min it got downloaded

Maybe you have a large survey tool that consists of many questions and expressions.

The challenge is that it is not downloading at all on our server but it is downloading on your server. The challenge is not the time it takes to download both the failure to do so on our server.

@lookman, maybe it’s an installation issue that is affecting this.

@Kal_Lam is it Installation of the android app or installation on the server?

It should be an issue with the latter.
