Kobo Toolbox Photo Issue on the forms: Not opening online and also after export error when opening in Excel

Hello,

I am currently exporting filled-out survey forms from my Kobo account and encountering issues with the uploaded photos. When I attempt to access the images through the exported Excel file or directly on the Kobo Toolbox website, they fail to open, and I receive an error message indicating that the download has failed, and says “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.”

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
