KoBo Web form loading error

Hi, a few of our users are getting the below error message while loading the web form. Please help to resolve this error.

Hi @inquilab, this error often happens because of outdated browsers in mobile devices.

Can you try to update the browsers in the mobile devices? Maybe uninstall and reinstall the existing browser if you still have issues. Doing so will update the browser to its latest version.
