Welcome to the community! To better understand this issue you will need to do the following:

  • Download your survey project as an xlsform.
  • In row 178 of the xlsform, you are referencing to we7jw01 in a select_one or a select_multiple question type in your survey sheet (tab) of your xlsform but you do not have the list_name in your choices sheet (tab).
  • To quickly spot this issue you could hit CTRL+F in the survey tab and the choices tab of your xlsfrom.
