Welcome to the community! Don’t know exactly if KoBoToolbox can be connected with MS Access. Looking at the discussion that has happened in the past (it seems impossible):

Hi @caneeraj From discussions on a different forum, and I quote "Access doesn’t provide any functionality to directly access the data from a HTTP endpoint (REST API). It can only function as a database(backend) in this scenario and you would need to look into other solutions to get the data from the database and provide it from a HTTP endpoint (REST API). If you’re looking to use Microsoft technologies for this solution, then you can look into ASP.NET Core to provide the Web API functionality…

But we do have support articles on how KoBoToolbox can be linked with MS Excel and Power Bi. Maybe these support article should provide you some hints if it’s possible to connect.
