I didn’t get what you asking for,
But if you’re question why using the app while I could use browser to enter the full features of KoboToolbox
A. The app is designed to work on mobile devices with great UI for small size screens not like KoboToolbox web page
If your question, what the features that already in KoboToolbox web page and still not available on the app
A. There is alot if features still not implemented, for example edit submission, export your form data, …etc
As you know KoboToolbox have a whole team behind it, on the other hand the app have developed just by one person (me 
) for now I hope
If you asking about features available in the app and not available on the KoboToolbox web page
A. For now there is a few features, First as I mentioned it designed to work on small screens (Imagine you have to validate a submission via KoboToolbox web page from your android device - it’s so painful)
Second Deep Search: This feature only available on the app, it’s Allow you to search for submissions via instanceName in the whole account (all your forms)
