I’ve been working on customizing KoboToolbox for my project. Specifically, I’ve cloned the repositories for KPI, KoboCat, Enketo, and Kobo-Docker separately and have been using docker-compose-frontend.yml to point to these paths. However, I’m encountering some bugs and issues with this approach.

Could anyone advise on the proper or recommended way to customize KoboToolbox? I’m looking for best practices to avoid these bugs and ensure a smooth customization process.

Could anyone share their experiences or advice on the following:

  1. Customization Strategies: What are the recommended approaches for implementing custom features or modifications? Are there particular files or components that should be avoided or focused on?
