Welcome to the community, @wambets! The language code you provide in the form builder UI is to let know the system that you have two different languages in your survey project so that the enumerators could choose the one they feel comfortable with. Also, please be informed that you will need to translate the questions by your self manually.
There is also a workaround that has been discussed in the community on how to translate the language.
