Limit the number of submissions in a survey project

Dear All,

Is there away to restrict the number of sending of a questionnaire. I mean for a respondent who has a code number XXBBDD, he can submit only one questionnaire by the same code number.

My example shared below should address the following: Define sample size for the project: Allows only 300 submissions for this project (not more than that).
